Finding a Tradesman who is interested in doing your job can be tough. Simply tell us what you need, where you live and we'll advertise your job to our database of tradesmen so you only get contacted from interested tradesmen.

Insurance

We ask our Tradesmen if they are insured. However, it’s important you ask to see their Insurance policy for details on what they are covered for.

Public Liability insurance covers any awards of damages given to a member of the public because of an injury or damage to their property caused by the insured or their business.

Employers' Liability insurance enables businesses to meet the costs of damages and legal fees for employees who are injured or made ill at work through the fault of the employer.

Guarantee of Work Schemes (or Bonds) guarantee that work completed will be done so to current legislative standards and that work failing to comply will be rectified. It also guarantees that should work not be completed by the original contractor for any reason a replacement contractor can complete the work.

Professional Indemnity insurance protects your business against claims for loss or damage by a client or a third party if you have made mistakes or are found to have been negligent in some or all of the services that you provide for them.

Qualifications

We ask our tradesmen what current, relevant qualifications they have so you can make a decision based on their qualifications along with other criteria.

Trade body partners

Where required, we check membership of relevant industry registers to ensure tradesmen are qualified to work to Building Regulation standards.
